The film follows the victory of a three-time Serbian marathon champion in the 12 km Bjelasica Trail race. The title, “How Old Are You?”, is the only question—and the only spoken line—in the entire film. Its message is simple yet powerful: age should never be a reason to stop competing or training; we grow old only when we stop pushing ourselves.
