“In Erzurum, the winter sports center in eastern Turkey, the story of a project for young girls is told. Through objective evaluations among 100 girls, 3 of them are discovered to have a talent for skiing. These 3 girls will be supported by Allianz for 10 years, ensuring they become athletes or instructors. This film tells the story and dreams of these children.
