9th International Sports Film Festival Zlatibor
The 9th International Sports Film Festival Zlatibor will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020, at the Cultural Center Zlatibor, starting at 6:00 PM. In order to preserve the continuity of the festival tradition, the event will be organized in compliance with all epidemiological measures and recommendations, and will take place without the presence of an audience.
A press conference will be held at 3:00 PM in the theater hall of the Cultural Center Zlatibor, while the festival will be officially opened at 6:00 PM with the premiere screening of the film “General Đukić”, directed by Ognjen Rakčević and Milan Todorović.
The recipients of the 2020 Zlatibor Sports Film Festival Lifetime Achievement Award are Vladimir Cvetković, Vera Nikolić, Perica Radenković, as well as the radio program “Vreme sporta i razonode” on the occasion of its 60th anniversary. The Charter “Hero of Sport and Life” has been awarded to Paralympian Miloš Zarić, upon the proposal of Nataša Kovačević.
Special recognitions for outstanding competitive results will be presented to KK Zlatibor and FK Zlatibor.
The festival has been held since 2012, and its founders are the Municipality of Čajetina, the Tourist Organization “Zlatibor,” and the company “Maja Film.”
